2‑Day Agenda

Day 1

Morning: Generational differences; Leader vs Boss; Coaching & engaging your team; The power of “Why”; Engaging with vision.

Afternoon: Practice & team goal setting; Listening with intention; Develop your Practice Vision, Core Values & Standards of Conduct.

Day 2

Morning: Asking vs telling; Feedback model (Ask permission, Say why, Share facts, Review consequences, Next steps).

Afternoon: Positive feedback in reviews; Navigating staff concerns; Power of influence; Process for influencing others; Planning for strategic influence.

Registration & Pricing

  • Standard: $2,100 CAD (+ taxes & ticketing fees) per Dentist or Clinic Manager
  • Early‑Bird (until January 7, 2026):
    • $1,800 CAD per Dentist or Clinic Manager

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received in writing up to two weeks before workshop date will be issued a full refund less an administration fee.

Cancellations received in writing less than two weeks prior to the workshop date will receive a credit voucher to be applied to another Envision Group workshop within one calendar year.

Non-attendance (“no-show”) counts as cancellation on the day and will not receive a registration fee refund.
Envision Group reserves the right to cancel workshop due to insufficient registration. Delegate substitution is permitted for both registration and credit vouchers.
