Leadership looks very different today.  According to the Harvard Business Review and numerous studies, in this new reality, companies are moving away from traditional command-and-control practices toward something very different; a model in which managers/leaders give support and guidance rather than instructions.   This calls for a change in the way we lead and develop our business and our team.  This 2-day comprehensive course is designed to provide dentists, leads/office managers the tools, skills and confidence needed to develop their leadership skills.

The course encompasses leadership training, human resources & team development. Upon completion of this course, the participant will have confidence in their abilities to guide and grow the dental team and to implement sustainable strategies for continued success in the practice.

5- Day Webinar – Virtual Online Training      Time:  9:00 am – 4:00 pm each day

Dentistry is facing a challenge when it comes to hiring experienced CDA’s & FDA’s staff.  This five-day program is designed for people who either work in the dental profession or who are new to the professional and would like to establish a career as an Office Assistant /Floater or as a Jr office administrative assistant in the dental office.  The overall objective of this course is to provide individuals with foundational skills, including a comprehensive clinical component as well as front desk administrative and patient care expertise.
